It enables full automation of tracking and reporting for fuel dispensing to both drivers and specific vehicles. To ensure complete automation of dispensing and allow drivers to refuel independently without an attendant, the system includes a feature for assigning daily and absolute limits for each recipient.
Information about available cards and their current limits is stored on the external MicroSD installed in the GPS/GSM terminal.
Driver identification occurs after the fuel card is inserted into the receiver of the fuel dispensing control panel. For limits to function, a shut-off electromagnetic valve must be present in the dispensing system. During the fuel delivery process, the system monitors the fuel volume, and if the limit is exceeded, the EFL-5.0 fuel dispensing unit blocks the delivery using this electronic valve. Next, the device transmits information to the office via a mobile network channel regarding the volume of fuel received and the recipient. The system includes software for managing company employees who are issued fuel cards, as well as generating reports on fuel dispensing, tank and vehicle fuel levels, and fuel dispenser movements. This software product is used by dispatch and security services to eliminate fuel theft and automate the tracking of its movement.

OPPORTUNITIES:
• Monitoring of fuel dispenser movement via satellite navigation.
• Tracking fuel volume in the tank and in the fuel dispenser's fuel tank.
• Monitoring fuel delivery and remaining volume in gas station tanks.
• Combined monitoring feature for fuel levels in fuel dispenser sections and gas station tanks.
• Driver identification for fuel receipt via RFID cards.
• Vehicle identification via UHF RFID tags on fuel tanks.
• Reporting on fuel dispensing to recipients.
• Capability to use more than 1,000 plastic cards per single dispenser.
• Remote management of access and delivery limits via GPRS channel.
• Coordinating fuel delivery into vehicle tanks.
• Remote management of access and fuel dispensing limits.
• Preset fuel dispensing and precise delivery.
• Daily reporting via email, API developer library for 1C accounting.

The device is intended for use by companies that operate corporate fueling stations and fuel dispensers and wish to eliminate theft, as well as to simplify and increase transparency in tracking and reporting. The EFL 5.0 module is capable of receiving pulses from various types of meters with a two-phase pulse output or those using a two-wire reed switch sensor.

Additionally, the module can be used to control third-party fuel dispensers, operating in pulse mode as a replacement for standard control consoles.
All control modes and module settings are configured using the keypad. EM Marine standard fuel cards, placed into a special slot, are used for user identification. Card programming and fuel delivery limit settings are performed remotely. The system features a sealable bypass to lock fuel dispensing without a card in emergencies, as well as an emergency stop button. Fuel dispensing readings are displayed on an electronic screen. This same screen can display the totalizer meter readings required for accounting. A function is available to transmit totalizer meter readings to the monitoring system for tracking control and eliminating any fuel theft manipulations.
The EFL 5.0 module is designed with a waterproof housing, allowing for outdoor installation. The housing features threaded rivets and a set of universal mounts to simplify installation. Quick-connect elements are provided for wiring components such as signal pick-up devices (USS) or pulse generators, valves, power supplies, and fuel level sensors, enabling swift connection and rapid removal of the EFL 5.0 if necessary. These connectors can be positioned either at the bottom or on the side.
The EFL 5.0 module is typically used with a GLONASS tracker to transmit data to the monitoring system. It is possible to use ANY trackers and connect to ANY monitoring systems. Users of Wialon, Omnicomm, AvtoGRAF, Fort, and other monitoring platforms have already highly praised this equipment. By default, the Galileo 7.1 device is used.

[13
post-356","equipment","type-equipment","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","equipment-cat-fuel
["GET
